A small number of founders and leaders work privately with Paraag in long-term mentoring, by application. The work is on the business and the person running it, as one system, over six or twelve months. Every engagement begins with a workshop and the written report it produces, which becomes the framework the work is built on. Across the term Paraag works alongside you as mentor, advisor, sounding board and accountability partner.
Most people arrive after a workshop, where the written report has already shown both of us where the real work sits. The mentoring begins from that, rather than from a standing start.
