You built your life around one thing. You won. Now what?
Private mentoring for high-performers ready to build the next version of who they are.

It tends to arrive as a slight heaviness on a Sunday evening when nothing is actually wrong. Or as a flatness after something goes well that should feel better than it does. Or as the slow accumulation of small moments where you notice that the contentment you were building toward still has not arrived, and that more of what got you here is not going to bring it any closer.
You are not struggling in any visible sense. Everything is intact. The performance is consistent, the results are there, the life looks right. But something that should feel more present does not, and you have been aware of that for longer than you have admitted to anyone.
That is precisely the person this work is for.

Most of what exists for people at your level is designed to optimise the performance. More focus, more clarity, more output from the same engine that has already delivered everything it was supposed to deliver.
That is not what this is. The question that actually matters at this stage is not how to perform better. It is whether the person doing the performing is still connected to anything that was there before the performance began.
That is a different question entirely, and it requires a different kind of conversation.

Paraag Amin spent three decades across investment banking, C-suite roles, and board work, including time at Goldman Sachs and Citi. He is CFA qualified and a published author. By any external measure, the career was working exactly as it should. At forty, a Type 2 diabetes diagnosis forced the question he had been professionally excellent at avoiding. What he did about it, and what he found underneath, became the foundation of this work.

The first three sessions: Typically two to three hours each, structured around accurate observation of the patterns running underneath your current position. The work uses my private profiling instruments alongside direct conversation, not as belief systems but as diagnostic tools that surface what is running, faster than self-report alone can.
What you walk away with: A structured reading of what is actually running underneath the role you currently hold, including the patterns that built the position and the patterns that are now in the way of what comes next.
The middle months: The Diagnostic surfaces what is running, the Reset phase examines which of those patterns belong to the position you held and which need to come with you into what comes next. Pace, capacity, the version of yourself you have been performing for long enough that you have lost track of what sits underneath. The work here is structural, not motivational.
What you walk away with: A different relationship with your own attention, your time, and the version of yourself that built the current shape. The structures that quietly cost you the most start to come apart in a controlled way.
The next phase: How you spend your time, what role you play next, which relationships need attention, what the next ten years actually contain. This is the architecture phase, where the next decade gets built deliberately, against what is actually running, rather than by default against what got you here.
What you walk away with: A structured plan for what comes next that does not require you to keep performing the version of yourself that produced the current position.Choose the container that fits your rhythm. Start when you're ready.
"Working with Paraag created a real shift for me in just a couple of sessions. He asks questions in a way that makes you stop and actually look at things differently. I found myself reflecting in a deeper, more honest way.
I also appreciated the blend of tools he brought into the sessions, along with his background, which really resonated with me. It added a level of depth and real world perspective that made the experience feel both practical and meaningful. I’m really grateful for the space he created for deeper self reflection."
People arrive here at different points.
Some are still in the middle of high-performing careers and have begun to notice something quietly shifting underneath the performance.
Some have recently left a role or retired from sport and are sitting with a question that has no obvious answer.
Some have known for a while that something does not fit and have finally decided to look at it directly rather than carry it alongside everything else.
There is no correct entry point.
Only the one that reflects where you actually are.
An ongoing space for people who want somewhere to think clearly, reflect honestly, and stay connected to what actually matters while living a full and demanding life.
This is not a programme with a completion date. It is a place to return to, as often or as rarely as your life requires.
Focused private work for a specific moment. When something has shifted and you need concentrated attention on what it means and where it leads.
A defined period of work with clear edges and a specific focus, built around where you are and what you are carrying.
A small number of people work with Paraag in longer-term private relationships. This is the deepest level of the work. It is personal, unhurried, and built entirely around the individual.
Most people arrive here after an Intensive or through direct conversation. If this is something you are considering, the right first step is a conversation to understand whether it is the right fit.
If what you have read here reflects something you have not been able to say out loud, that is exactly where this conversation begins.
